Common Questions

How do I get a refund?
Refund policies are set by event creators. Check your order confirmation email for the specific policy, or contact the event creator directly.
Where are my tickets?
Tickets are sent to your email immediately after purchase. Check your spam folder if you don't see them. You can also view your tickets in your account dashboard.
How do I become an event creator?
Sign up for an account and select "Performer" or "Venue Manager" during registration. You'll need to complete Stripe Connect onboarding to receive payouts.
When do I get paid as an event creator?
Payouts are processed 3 days after your event. Funds are transferred directly to your connected Stripe account.
