Common Questions
- How do I get a refund?
- Refund policies are set by event creators. Check your order confirmation email for the specific policy, or contact the event creator directly.
- Where are my tickets?
- Tickets are sent to your email immediately after purchase. Check your spam folder if you don't see them. You can also view your tickets in your account dashboard.
- How do I become an event creator?
- Sign up for an account and select "Performer" or "Venue Manager" during registration. You'll need to complete Stripe Connect onboarding to receive payouts.
- When do I get paid as an event creator?
- Payouts are processed 3 days after your event. Funds are transferred directly to your connected Stripe account.
